Infracore SA's initial public offering at CHF 54 per share

Infracore SA, a Swiss company specializing in hospital infrastructure, has announced its initial public offering (IPO), with shares offered at a fixed price of CHF 54.00 each. Trading is scheduled to begin tomorrow on the SIX Swiss Exchange under the symbol "INFRAC".

The IPO comprises 3.7 million new shares and 505,500 existing shares offered by MPT Switzerland Holdings, a subsidiary of Medical Properties Trust. Infracore's total estimated market capitalization is CHF 826 million. An over-allotment option covers an additional 420,920 shares.

The funds raised, approximately CHF 200 million, will finance sale-leaseback and development projects, and contribute to loan repayments. The anticipated free float is 27.5%, with the potential to reach 30.3% if the over-allotment option is exercised.
