Innelec: First half 2025/26 results

Innelec Multimedia reports a return to positive current operating profitability for the first half of fiscal year 2025-26, with revenue up 5% to €47.85 million. This improvement is driven by growth in licensed merchandise sales (+20%) and the successful launch of the Nintendo Switch 2, contributing to increased sales of video games (+17%) and consoles (+22%).

Cost reduction efforts led to a decrease in personnel and external expenses of €1.3 million compared to the previous year. Current operating income amounted to €0.15 million, compared to a loss of €1.3 million previously. Nevertheless, net income remained negative at -€1.51 million, although a significant improvement compared to the 2024-25 projection.

Innelec's financial position is strengthening, with net debt decreasing to 49% of shareholders' equity, compared to 66% previously. The group maintains its objective of returning to profitability for the full 2025-26 fiscal year, despite an uncertain market.
