Innodata Names Jayant Chauhan as Chief Financial Officer

Innodata Inc. has announced the appointment of Jayant Chauhan as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective July 6, 2026. Current Interim CFO, Marissa Espineli, will transition to the role of Chief Accounting Officer. Chauhan comes with over 20 years of experience in finance, previously serving at Mphasis and OYO. His expertise will assist Innodata in enhancing its financial strategies and scaling its presence within the AI sector.

The appointment reflects Innodata's intention to bolster its leadership amid significant growth. The company recently reported quarterly revenue surpassing its total annual revenue from three years prior. CEO Jack Abuhoff emphasized Chauhan's role in executing long-term growth strategies.

The company also reaffirmed its 2026 revenue growth forecast at approximately 40% year-over-year, building on previous guidance. This reinforces the firm's confidence in its market strategy driven by generative AI solutions.
