Innoscripta SE Achieves Robust Growth in Q3 2025

Munich-based innoscripta SE, a leader in cloud-based software for R&D tax incentives in Germany, has released its third-quarter results for 2025, highlighting substantial growth. The company reported a considerable increase in revenue, which reached €70.7 million, marking an 80.3% rise compared to the same quarter in 2024. Similarly, the consolidated EBIT surged by 96.3% to €40.8 million.

The EBIT margin improved, reaching 57.8%, up from 53.1% in Q3 2024. Additionally, net income after taxes almost doubled to €27.9 million, demonstrating a 98.6% increase. These gains resulted from digital process optimization, enhancement of the Clusterix platform, and strategic scalability improvements.
