Threshold Crossing at INSTALLUX SA
On October 5, 2026, Leviosa1, a simplified joint-stock company, announced that it had crossed significant thresholds in the share capital of INSTALLUX SA. Through concerted action with the "Canty Family Concert," Leviosa and its partners exceeded 50% of INSTALLUX SA's share capital on July 4, 2025, reaching 81.30% of the shares. Then, on June 12, 2026, they crossed the 90% threshold, holding 91.37% of the shares.
These movements result from Leviosa's joining the family concert, validated on July 4, 2025, and the acquisition of 10,337 additional shares by Financière CCE in June 2026. This latter act is linked to a simplified share purchase project.
