Inter Parfums: Declaration of voting rights as of July 31, 2025
Inter Parfums has published its monthly statement regarding the total number of voting rights and the number of shares comprising its capital as of July 31, 2025. The share capital is composed of 83,727,849 shares. The total gross number of voting rights amounts to 140,689,184. Taking into account treasury shares held under the share buyback program, the total net number of voting rights is 140,589,268.
Inter Parfums, a public limited company with a Board of Directors, has a capital of €251,183,547. Its headquarters are located in Paris and it is listed on Euronext, compartment A. It is also included in the SBF 120 and CAC Mid 60 indices, and is eligible for the SRD and PEA.
