Inter Parfums has published its monthly statement of voting rights and the number of shares comprising its share capital as of April 30, 2026. This public limited company has a share capital of €251,385,276. The total number of shares is 83,795,092, while the total gross number of voting rights is 145,013,038. After deducting treasury shares, the total net number of voting rights is 144,813,421. This report is prepared in accordance with Articles L.233-8 of the French Commercial Code and 222-12-5 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF).
