Inter Parfums: Situation of Capital and Voting Rights as of September 30, 2025
Inter Parfums has released its consolidated figures for its voting rights and shares as of September 30, 2025, in accordance with Articles L.233-8 of the French Commercial Code and 222-12-5 of the AMF. The total number of shares constituting the share capital amounts to 83,727,849. Regarding voting rights, the gross total reaches 140,687,681. However, after deduction of treasury shares, the net total amounts to 140,574,556. This statement provides transparency on the capital structure and potential influence within the company, which is listed in prestigious indices such as the SBF 120 and the CAC Mid 60.
