Stephan Schärer Appointed as CFO of Interroll Holding AG

Interroll Holding AG has announced the appointment of Stephan Schärer as Chief Financial Officer, effective June 1, 2026. Schärer brings over 20 years of leadership experience from global industrial companies such as ABB and Sulzer, where he recently held the role of Division CFO Flow.

A structured transition is planned with outgoing CFO Heinz Hössli to ensure a smooth handover. The Board of Directors expressed confidence in Schärer's ability to enhance the company's development and long-term value.
