InTiCa Systems SE Appoints Transformation Expert to Executive Board
InTiCa Systems SE has strengthened its Executive Board by appointing Mr. Friedrich Erfurth as Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO), effective April 15, 2026. He will share the helm with Dr. Gregor Wasle, Chairman of the Board, to steer the company's business performance and growth strategy with a particular focus on transformation.
Mr. Erfurth brings 20 years of expertise in transformation and management across various industries, particularly the automotive and components sectors. His role will involve driving strategic repositioning and efficiency improvements within the Group alongside Dr. Wasle.
This appointment marks the return of a two-member Board of Directors for InTiCa, as the company aims to strengthen its position and adapt to changing market conditions.
