Intrasense postpones the repayment of its advances to Guerbet and enters into a new agreement
On June 19, 2026, Intrasense, a French specialist in medical imaging, announced the postponement of the repayment deadlines for two shareholder current account advances granted to Guerbet. The amounts concerned are €2.4 million and €5.6 million. These postponements extend the repayment dates to June 30, 2027.
In addition, a new advance of €2 million has been secured to support Intrasense until the end of 2026. This agreement aims to strengthen the company's financial stability. This advance is also due to mature on June 30, 2027.
As a reminder, a previous advance of 4 million euros had been granted by Guerbet under the same conditions.
