JP Morgan Chase & Co. crosses ownership thresholds in INVENTIVA
On March 17, 2026, JP Morgan Chase & Co. announced that it had crossed the 5% threshold of both the share capital and voting rights of INVENTIVA. This crossing, dated March 13, 2026, was achieved indirectly through its subsidiaries, increasing its stake to 5.78% of the share capital and 5.40% of the voting rights. This stake is held by JP Morgan Prime Inc., JP Morgan Securities LLC, and JP Morgan Securities plc.
JP Morgan Securities LLC holds shares through specific contracts granting it rights to use those shares. JP Morgan Prime Inc. also holds securities through similar contracts. In addition, JP Morgan Securities plc holds shares through cash-settled equity swap contracts exercisable between 2026 and 2033.
