JP Morgan Chase exceeds 5% threshold in Inventiva
On August 18, 2025, JP Morgan Chase & Co. announced that it had crossed the 5% threshold of voting rights in Inventiva. This event took place on August 13, 2025, through its subsidiaries JP Morgan Prime Inc., JP Morgan Securities plc and JP Morgan Securities LLC, bringing its stake to 5.87% of the capital and 5.37% of the voting rights of the French company listed on Euronext Paris.
The threshold crossing is due to the acquisition by assimilation of additional shares. JP Morgan Securities LLC also individually crossed this threshold. Of the shares held, 8,024,543 come from contracts allowing the shares to be used at any time, supplemented by 62,811 shares in the form of depositary receipts. An equity swap contract represents 873 additional shares. This significant stake strengthens the bank's presence in Inventiva's capital.
