JP Morgan Chase reduces its stake in Inventiva

JP Morgan Chase & Co. has disclosed changes to its stake in Inventiva. Initially, on March 5, 2026, JP Morgan had crossed the 5% threshold of share capital and voting rights, reaching 5.78% of the capital with 12,006,573 shares. However, according to a statement received on March 12, 2026, JP Morgan reduced this stake below 5% on March 9, now holding 4.96% of the capital, or 10,297,461 shares.

This reversal resulted from a decrease in the shares held by subsidiaries JP Morgan Securities LLC, JP Morgan Prime Inc., and JP Morgan Securities plc. These adjustments were primarily the result of deposit contracts and equity swaps.
