JP Morgan crosses threshold in INVENTIVA
On August 14, 2025, JP Morgan Chase & Co. crossed the threshold of 5% of INVENTIVA's voting rights downwards, according to a letter received on August 18. JP Morgan now holds 7,448,466 INVENTIVA shares, representing 5.35% of the capital and 4.89% of the voting rights. This change results from a decrease in the number of shares held through assimilation.
JP Morgan Securities LLC, controlled by JP Morgan Chase & Co., also crossed this threshold individually. In detail, 7,276,273 shares are held through contracts allowing the use of these shares at any time, and 62,051 shares through depositary receipts. An equity swap contract on 149 shares is also held, with exercise possible until September 2026.
