The INVESTIS General Assembly approves all the proposals of the Board
At the 2026 Annual General Meeting of INVESTIS Holding SA, all proposals put forward by the Board of Directors were approved by the shareholders. One of the main decisions was the increase of the dividend to CHF 3.00 per share. This dividend will be distributed on May 8, 2026, with an ex-dividend date of May 6, 2026.
Participation was significant, with 92.5% of the share capital represented, equivalent to 97.0% of the voting shares. The Board of Directors and the Remuneration Committee were re-elected in their current configuration. Board members will include Thomas Vettiger, Albert Baehny, Corine Blesi, Christian Gellerstad, and Stéphane Bonvin, with Thomas Vettiger serving as Chairman.
The next General Assembly is scheduled for April 27, 2027.
