IONOS Reports Strong Start to 2026 Fiscal Year

IONOS Group SE has announced a promising beginning to the 2026 fiscal year, posting growth in revenue, EBITDA, and customer numbers. The customer base grew by 180,000, reaching 6.81 million. Revenue increased by 5.7% to €348.4 million, or 7.6% when excluding currency effects. Adjusted EBITDA rose by 4.8% to €118.2 million, with a margin of 33.9%.

Adjusted earnings per share saw a notable rise from €0.33 to €0.40, primarily due to reduced financing costs. CEO Achim Weiß highlighted the strong demand for IONOS's products and services, including their new AI ecosystem and cloud infrastructure.

Looking forward, IONOS confirms its positive outlook for 2026, anticipating a 7% revenue growth and an increase in adjusted EBITDA to €530 million, with an expected margin between 37% and 38%.
