BlackRock Inc. exceeds 5% of the capital of IPSEN SA
On October 20, 2026, a threshold crossing declaration was received by IPSEN SA, a company listed on Euronext Paris. BlackRock Inc., located in New York, announced that it had crossed the 5% threshold of IPSEN SA's share capital on October 19, 2026. Acting on behalf of its clients and funds, BlackRock now holds 4,225,854 shares, representing 5.04% of the share capital and 3.20% of the voting rights of the company.
This crossing resulted from the acquisition of IPSEN SA shares both on and off the market, as well as an increase in the number of shares held as collateral. BlackRock has discretionary power over the voting rights attached to these shares, unless clients expressly request control.
