Change in the chairmanship of the Ipsos Board of Directors
On January 15, 2026, Ipsos announced that Didier Truchot was resigning from his position as Chairman of the Board for health reasons. He has been battling digestive tract cancer for the past four years, and his condition now requires more intensive care. His resignation will be effective February 28, 2026, but he will remain a director and the principal shareholder.
The Board has appointed Laurence Stoclet to succeed him, effective March 1, 2026. With Ipsos since 1998, she has held various executive positions, including Deputy Chief Executive Officer. Anne-Marie Couderc has been appointed Lead Independent Director to strengthen governance.
Mr. Truchot expressed his confidence in Jean Laurent Poitou, the general manager, to lead Ipsos in the challenges ahead, particularly those related to new technologies such as artificial intelligence.
