On March 26, 2026, Ipsos published its monthly statistics regarding the number of shares and voting rights. As of February 28, 2026, the company's share capital consisted of 43,203,225 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights was 49,276,265. Furthermore, the number of exercisable voting rights was 49,093,732.
The calculation of the total number of voting rights includes all shares carrying voting rights, even those without.
