Ipsos' growth strategy: an ambitious plan for the future
On January 22, 2026, Ipsos unveiled its "Horizons" strategic plan at its Investor Day in Paris, aiming to strengthen its global leadership in the market research sector. This plan, supported by CEO Jean Laurent Poitou, targets annual organic growth of 5% or more by 2028, as well as a record operating margin of 13.5%.
The strategy rests on six key pillars, including leveraging its diversified offering, strengthening its local presence while maintaining a global footprint, and improving the speed and reliability of deliveries through AI. Growth will be fueled by significant investment in technology and team training.
Ipsos plans to invest more than one billion euros over the next five years, mainly financed by available cash flow, to strengthen its operational capabilities and explore new growth drivers.
