Ipsos Monthly Publication of Shares and Voting Rights - August 2025

Ipsos has published its monthly statement of the number of shares in its capital and its total voting rights for the month of August 2025. As of August 31, 2025, the number of shares stands at 43,203,225. These shares grant a total of 48,980,673 theoretical voting rights. The total exercisable voting rights amount to 48,926,276.

In accordance with Articles L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations, this publication also includes shares deprived of voting rights, in accordance with Article 223-11 of the General Regulations of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers.
