Ipsos Releases April 2026 Share and Voting Rights Data
Ipsos has disclosed its monthly report detailing the total number of shares and voting rights for April 2026. As of April 30, Ipsos reported a total of 43,203,225 shares. The total theoretical voting rights amounted to 49,450,514, while exercisable voting rights were 48,402,208.
The difference between theoretical and exercisable rights arises from shares with suspended voting rights. This data, required by Articles L. 233-8 II of the Commercial Code and 223-16 of the AMF's General Regulation, ensures transparency in shareholder voting practices.
