Ipsos Unveils 'Horizons' Strategy to Enhance Global Market Leadership
Paris, January 22nd, 2026 - Ipsos has announced its strategic plan, "Horizons," aiming for robust growth and enhanced global leadership in market research. Spearheaded by CEO Jean Laurent Poitou and backed by the board, the plan targets an annual organic growth rate of at least 5% by 2028, with a projected operating margin of 13.5%.
"Horizons" is built on six pillars, including optimizing its service range, global expansion with local insight, and faster, reliable data delivery. A key focus is leveraging AI and proprietary panels for faster insights and decision-making.
Ipsos commits over 1 billion euros in tech and AI investments through acquisitions and strategic developments. This investment aims to fortify Ipsos' operational strengths, aligning with its ambition to be the AI-augmented global leader in market research.
