Monthly Disclosure of Ipsos Shares and Voting Rights

On August 26, 2026, Ipsos released its monthly disclosure regarding the total number of shares and voting rights, following regulations in Articles L. 233-8 II of the Commercial Code and 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation. As of July 31, 2026, Ipsos reported holding 43,203,225 shares.

The theoretical number of voting rights associated with these shares was 49,670,029. Of these, 48,136,776 rights were exercisable. The theoretical voting rights include all shares, even those with suspended voting rights, in accordance with Article 223-11 of the AMF regulation concerning threshold crossing.
