Irish Residential Properties REIT Announces Board Changes

Irish Residential Properties REIT plc (I-RES) announced a change in its board composition. Vision Capital Corporation, a shareholder, has reduced its stake to 2.96% of the company's issued share capital, down from 3%. Due to this change, Amy Freedman, aligned with Vision's interests, has submitted her resignation as a director, effective May 2026. The decision allows for a smooth transition.

Despite Ms. Freedman's upcoming departure, the nomination committee has indicated no plans to replace her immediately, aligning with the board's goal to reduce its size.
