Irish Residential Properties REIT Announces Share Buyback

Irish Residential Properties REIT plc (IRES) has announced the purchase and cancellation of 1,170,984 ordinary shares between 7 April 2025 and 11 April 2025. The nominal value of each share is €0.10. These acquisitions were executed via the broker J&E Davy, with a volume-weighted average price ranging from €0.9043 to €0.9708 per share.

This move is part of IRES's existing share buyback programme, initially announced on 20 March 2025. All shares acquired through this programme are set to be cancelled. This activity aligns with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014.
