Irish Residential Properties REIT Concludes Share Buy-Back Programme
Irish Residential Properties REIT plc (IRES) has announced the purchase and cancellation of 240,482 ordinary shares, as part of its share buy-back programme. The transaction was executed on 28 April 2025, with each share valued at €0.10. The shares acquired were purchased through the broker J&E Davy at a volume-weighted average price of €1.0236. This marks the completion of the buy-back programme, initially announced on 20 March 2025.
The regulatory announcement complies with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014. IRES, a Real Estate Investment Trust, is dedicated to offering quality housing in Ireland, with their shares listed on Euronext Dublin.
