Irish Residential Properties REIT Implements Share Buy-Back
Irish Residential Properties REIT plc (I-RES) has announced the completion of a significant share buy-back. Between 22 April and 25 April 2025, the company repurchased a total of 1,078,455 ordinary shares, each with a nominal value of €0.10. The shares were bought through the broker J&E Davy at varying daily volume-weighted average prices ranging from €1.0266 to €1.0459. This transaction is part of I-RES's ongoing share buy-back programme that commenced on 20 March 2025.
The acquired shares are to be cancelled, in alignment with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014. Regular updates on the programme's progress are set to be released weekly. The move underscores I-RES's strategic financial management efforts in optimizing their capital structure.
