Irish Residential Properties REIT plc (IRES) has disclosed several notable transactions involving its top executives. Eddie Byrne, the CEO, has been granted a conditional award of 608,180 ordinary shares under the company's 2024 Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP), valued at €1.086 per share. The vesting of this award hinges on achieving specific performance metrics by the end of 2028.

The company's CFO, Brian Fagan, received a conditional award of 360,403 ordinary shares, also subject to performance conditions. Meanwhile, the Company Secretary & General Counsel, Anna-Marie Curry, was awarded 73,976 shares.
