Irving Resources Inc., a Vancouver-based exploration company, has concluded its non-brokered private placement, raising $1,775,000 in its final tranche. This was achieved through the issuance of 7,100,000 units at a price of $0.25 per unit. In total, the private placement garnered $3,925,000 from the issuance of 15,700,000 units. Each unit includes one common share and a half share purchase warrant, allowing the holder to buy one share at $0.35 for three years.

The company also facilitated $51,600 in finders' fees and issued 86,400 Finder's Units. These units mirror the structure of the general units but come with non-transferable warrants. All securities issued are subject to a hold period until June 25, 2026.
