Irving Resources Inc. recently announced the successful conclusion of its annual general meeting of shareholders in Vancouver, on August 19, 2026. During the meeting, all proposed matters outlined in the company's notice of meeting received approval.
The re-election of the incumbent directors, including Kevin Box, Douglas Buchanan, Mackenzie Clugston, Quinton Hennigh, and Akiko Levinson, was confirmed. Additionally, Davidson & Company LLP has been re-appointed as the auditor for Irving Resources.
Irving Resources Inc. is a junior exploration company primarily focused on gold exploration in Japan. The company emerged from a plan of arrangement involving Gold Canyon Resources Inc. and First Mining Finance Corp.
