Iute Group Finalizes EUR 140 Million Bond Settlement and Listing

IuteCredit Finance S.à r.l., part of the Iute Group, has completed the settlement and listing of its new EUR 140 million Senior Secured bonds, maturing between 2025 and 2030. Announced on June 10, 2025, these bonds offer an interest rate of 12% and have been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange as of June 9, 2025. They are also set to be listed on the Nasdaq Tallinn Stock Exchange around June 11, 2025.

The settlement of these bonds was finalized on June 6, 2025. Aalto Capital, based in Munich, played a key role as the capital markets advisor for Iute Group. Operating out of Estonia, Iute Group specializes in consumer finance and serves several European countries including Albania, Bulgaria, Moldova, and North Macedonia.
