Madis Toomsalu Joins Energbank's Supervisory Board to Enhance Governance

Iute Group, a prominent European personal finance entity, has appointed Madis Toomsalu to the Supervisory Board of its Moldovan subsidiary, Energbank. The move aims to bolster Energbank's governance and institutional framework as it expands its digital banking operations under Iute's strategic vision.

Madis Toomsalu brings a wealth of experience, having spent nearly nine years as CEO of LHV Group and over 16 years in senior roles within the same firm. His expertise is anticipated to benefit Energbank in governance, risk management, and operational oversight.

Tarmo Sild, CEO of Iute Group, noted the necessity for strong leadership and disciplined growth in their digital banking strategy, emphasizing Toomsalu's extensive experience as a valuable addition. The appointment awaits approval from the National Bank of Moldova.
