The Konckier family acquires Stadtparfümerie Pieper in Germany
The Konckier family, the main shareholder of BOGART, has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the share capital of Stadtparfümerie Pieper, a long-established German company specializing in the selective distribution of perfumes. Founded in 1931, Stadtparfümerie Pieper operates a network of 110 stores and is a member of the Beauty Alliance group.
The acquisition is part of a restructuring process under independent administration. It is still subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals. If completed, the transaction would position Parfümerie Pieper as a strategic partner for BOGART Fragrances & Cosmetics.
BOGART will inform the market of the progress of the operation in the coming weeks.
