Jacquet Metals continues its share buyback program
Jacquet Metals SA has announced the transactions on own shares for the period from November 12 to 18, 2025. The buyback program, approved by the general meeting of shareholders on June 27, 2025, aims to optimize the management of the company's capital.
During this period, Jacquet Metals carried out only one significant transaction on November 18. The company purchased 534 ordinary shares at an average price of €17.4997 per share on the Euronext market. The total value of this transaction amounted to €9,344.84, with the aim of cancelling these shares. No other transactions were recorded between November 12 and 17.
