Jacquet Metals SA: Results of Transactions in Own Shares
Jacquet Metals SA has published details of its share transactions for the period from October 15 to 21, 2025, as part of its share buyback program. The program was adopted at the General Meeting of June 27, 2025.
During this period, no transactions were recorded on the Euronext market from October 15 to 20. However, on October 21, the company acquired 1,657 ordinary shares at a weighted average price of €17.4617 per share, for a total value of €28,934.04. The purpose of this repurchase was to cancel the shares.
This operation was disseminated in accordance with the program description available on the Financial Markets Authority website.
