Jaguar Mining Begins Drilling at Promising Chamé Target in Brazil

Jaguar Mining Inc. announced the commencement of drilling at the Chamé target, situated near the Santa Isabel mine within the Paciência complex in Brazil's Iron Quadrangle. The first phase, initiated on November 21, 2025, includes 12 drill holes totaling 3,040 meters. This effort is part of a five-year exploration plan aimed at evaluating the potential for a near-surface, open-pit operation.

CEO Luis Albano Tondo highlighted Chamé's strategic importance due to its proximity to existing infrastructure and historical workings. Exploration Manager Armando Massucatto noted the geological potential for a large-scale open-pit target aligned with regional trends. Initial trenching results have shown promising gold grades, indicating a robust mineralized system.

The drilling program employs environmentally considerate methods, and samples will be analyzed by the internationally certified SGS laboratory. The Chamé target lies within a significant mineralized shear zone, presenting new opportunities for exploration within the region.
