Javier Perez-Freije Appointed New CFO at Bystronic

Bystronic AG's Board of Directors has named Javier Perez-Freije as the company's new Chief Financial Officer, effective December 1, 2025. Perez-Freije will also join Bystronic's Executive Board. His appointment follows a successful tenure as CFO at the Mikron Group and a dual role as CFO and interim CEO at Gurit Group. He holds an industrial engineering degree from the University of Siegen, Germany, and a PhD in innovation management from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.
