JCDecaux: Declaration of voting rights as of December 31, 2025
JCDecaux SE has published its monthly statement regarding shares and voting rights, in accordance with Article L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). As of December 31, 2025, the company's share capital consisted of 214,128,663 shares.
These shares represent a total of 214,128,663 theoretical voting rights. The number of exercisable voting rights is 213,039,988. These figures take into account shares which, although lacking voting rights, are included in the calculation of theoretical voting rights.
