Julius Baer Announces Key Leadership Changes

Julius Baer Group Ltd. has appointed Jean Nabaa as Chief Operating Officer and member of the Executive Board, effective 13 April 2026, following regulatory approval. Nabaa will replace Nic Dreckmann, who plans to leave after a transition period. Additionally, the Group has named Cindy Leggett-Flynn as Head of Group Communications, effective January 2026.

Jean Nabaa, a Swiss national, brings over two decades of international financial services experience, notably in wealth management, previously serving at HSBC, Standard Chartered Bank, and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Cindy Leggett-Flynn joins from Credit Suisse, bringing her expertise in strategic communications.

CEO Stefan Bollinger expressed confidence in the new appointments, emphasizing Nabaa's role in enhancing operational excellence and Leggett-Flynn's strategic communication acumen to maintain the Group's competitive edge.
