Kalray publishes its voting rights and shares

On May 7, 2025, Kalray announced the total number of its voting rights and shares. As of April 30, 2025, the company had 11,490,703 shares, corresponding to an equal number of theoretical voting rights. Exercisable voting rights amounted to 11,458,858, a difference due to 31,845 treasury shares. Furthermore, no additional threshold crossing declaration threshold is in effect in the articles of association.
