Kalray Reveals the Total Number of Voting Rights and Shares
On February 6, 2026, in Grenoble, Kalray published the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital. As of January 30, 2026, Kalray declared a total of 15,394,666 shares and the same number of theoretical voting rights. The actual voting rights amounted to 15,375,852. Of these shares, 18,814 were treasury shares.
No statutory provision requires Kalray to file any additional declarations regarding threshold crossings beyond the legal thresholds. In January, 355,668 new shares were issued, resulting from a bond transaction that began in July 2024.
