Kalray: Update on financing with IRIS

Kalray, listed on Euronext Growth Paris, informs about its financing line with IRIS. Concluded on July 11, 2024, this line could reach 10 million euros via bonds repayable in shares. To date, 6 million euros have been raised with 2,400 bonds issued, of which 1,257 were repaid by 1,995,072 new shares.

Kalray has decided to increase the ceiling of potentially issued shares to 4 million. If all the bonds were converted, this would lead to a dilution of the capital. However, no new tranche of 2 million euros is currently planned.

Investors should remain cautious about the risks associated with such dilutive financial transactions, which could create downward pressure on the share price.
