Publication of voting and share rights by Kalray

Kalray, a company listed on Euronext Growth Paris under the symbol ALKAL, announced on June 2, 2025 the total number of voting rights and shares as of May 30, 2025. The total number of shares amounts to 12,026,309, including 500,000 new shares issued in May 2025 following a bond issue in July 2024.

Theoretical voting rights stand at 12,026,309, while actual voting rights amount to 11,984,447. Kalray holds 41,862 treasury shares at this date, which influences the calculation of exercisable voting rights.
