Publication of voting rights and shares by Kalray

On March 13, 2025, Kalray, an innovative company in the field of intelligent processors, announced the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its capital, as required by Article L 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code. On February 28, 2025, Kalray had 11,124,893 shares outstanding, as well as an identical number of theoretical voting rights. However, the total number of exercisable voting rights was 11,089,689.

This difference is explained by the presence of 35,204 treasury shares, which do not confer voting rights. A clause relating to exceeding legal holding thresholds is not provided for in the company's articles of association. Kalray continues to attract attention, particularly thanks to its recent bond issues and technological innovations.
