Morocco Hosts GITEX AFRICA to Accelerate Digital Innovation

Morocco is set to become a central figure in Africa's digital revolution as it hosts the GITEX AFRICA event in Marrakech from 14-16 April 2025. The event, under the patronage of King Mohammed VI, aims to showcase African innovation, emphasize AI, and boost the continent's digital leadership. Organized by KAOUN International, it promises to be a significant milestone for African tech.

The event will feature over 1,450 exhibitors and is expected to attract more than 45,000 participants from over 130 countries. International tech giants like Cisco, Ericsson, and Nokia will also make their debut, exploring new partnerships.

African startups will gain spotlight attention, with funding exceeding $2 billion. The event includes competitions like the Supernova Challenge and involves major investors eager to support the next big idea in the African tech space.
