Karbon-X Engaged for Technical Advisory on Libyan Carbon Project

Karbon-X Corp., a climate solutions company, has announced its engagement by Stream Pro Ltd, a subsidiary of Oilinvest, to provide technical advisory services for a nature-based carbon project in Libya. This initiative, based in the Tripoli Wildlife Park, aims to restore degraded landscapes through afforestation and ecosystem restoration activities, enhancing biodiversity and supporting local environmental goals.

The project represents a significant step in Karbon-X's international strategy, showcasing its expertise in developing high-integrity carbon projects. Karbon-X’s role includes methodology assessment, Project Design Documentation, carbon accounting, and the creation of Monitoring, Reporting, and Verification frameworks.

This initial phase lays the groundwork for future phases involving validation and implementation under recognized carbon standards, dependent on further agreements and approvals. The partnership underscores the importance of a strong technical foundation in successful carbon project development.
