Karlsberg Brauerei Gains Market Share Amid Revenue Challenges

Karlsberg Brauerei GmbH reported a stable performance in 2025, despite a 3% dip in gross revenue to EUR 149.8 million. The Karlsberg and MiXery brands saw increased market share, particularly in the non-alcoholic segment, which now represents 11.1% of revenue. The Karlsberg Grapefruit Alkoholfrei experienced notable growth of 10.6%. However, international beverage revenue declined, impacting overall earnings.

Operational earnings, represented by adjusted EBITDA and EBIT, were below the previous year's figures, partly due to falling exports and increased costs. Optimizing internal processes caused temporary earnings pressure, but cost savings are expected in 2026.

Looking ahead, Karlsberg foresees stable revenue with slight profitability improvements in 2026, supported by new product launches and revised cost structures.
