Katjes International Finalizes Investment in Missoni

On May 20, 2026, Katjes International successfully completed its acquisition of a 27% stake in Missoni S.p.A. through its subsidiary, Katjes Quiet Luxury. The move follows antitrust approvals obtained in Germany and Austria in April 2026. This acquisition marks a strategic expansion of Katjes International's luxury portfolio.

Prior to Katjes Quiet Luxury's acquisition, the Italian growth equity fund FSI acquired the shares held by the Missoni family. Antitrust approval for FSI's acquisition was granted in Italy on April 21, 2026. Katjes Quiet Luxury now holds a significant minority stake and retains options to potentially become the majority shareholder.

This investment aligns with Katjes International's strategy to bolster its European luxury segment, complementing its previous acquisition of a majority stake in the German brand BOGNER in 2025.
